1. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders that have already entered the production phase cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests are considered in the following circumstances:
    • Defective or damaged products received.
    • Errors in the order caused by 2Getherz Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including personalized or customized products where the error is not attributable to 2Getherz Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

5. Cancellation/Refund for Digital Services:

  • For digital services such as graphic design, cancellations may be considered based on the project’s stage. Refunds for completed work may not be applicable.

6. Chargebacks:

  • Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of services and legal action to recover funds.
